About half an hour drive from Fairfield Maine, smack dab in the middle of an otherwise empty field, stands this 8 foot tall hand carved Yeti. Or at least he was there 20 years ago when I took these photos.
I would have no idea how to find his location again, and it's just as well. If I found him I'd be sorely tempted to kidnap the lovable scamp and plop him smack dab in the middle of my living room.
My kid's would not find this decorating decision delightful.
