There are at least two ways to go with this tasty tome (with all due respect to the Bossman of buckets of greasy goodness)-
a) The editor might have mentioned that the combo platter of "finger lickin' good" and "children" on the cover was a menu "don't", or
b) The Man in White might have gone all Soylent Green and is giving a clue to one of the secret ingredients.
